First of its kind robotic automation involving pick, machine, inspect, segregate and place, was installed for a 2 wheeler RATCHET component exclusively for our customer. This cell includes a Bowl feeder, Two turning centres, Fanuc Robot, Inspection station and segregation conveyors.
2017

BFW Twin spindle totally Gantry automated machine was installed for a TML bearing cup requirement. Auto inspection and feedback help us control the Part tolerances.
2018

New Hydraulic Press 450 Tons was installed to increase our Forging strength and increase our ability to produce much larger components

Received our most prestigious Certification IATF 16949:2016 & ISO 9001:2015
2019

Established a Brand new Product range with Stabilizer Link used in lower control arms
2020

State-of-the-art Projection Welding & Tensile testing equipment commissioned for the Critical welding of Stabilizer links

A 300KW Solar Power plant commissioned strengthening our commitment to utilize renewable energy and conserve the environment
2022

Automated IPSEN Heat treatment plant setup to ensure higher output with enhanced quality and superior product performance
