Yes. ABC regularly undertakes custom component manufacturing from OEM-supplied drawings and 3D models. The engineering team reviews drawing feasibility, proposes the manufacturing process, designs tooling, and produces prototype samples before moving to volume production.
ABC's custom manufacturing capabilities include cold forging (70g–1000g, 50T–450T), CNC turning (up to 150mm dia), precision grinding (centreless, ID, profile), heat treatment (case carburizing, carbonitriding, through hardening), phosphate coating, and projection welding — all in-house.
